Cancellation Policy

PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE
Your appointments are very important to us at E&M hair. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
Please understand that appointment times are limited. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling us at 231-598-9441.

• We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our clients, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment are subject to 50% charge of your scheduled service.
• All missed appointments (no-shows) are subject to 100% charge of your scheduled service. The first time a client misses (no-shows & no calls) an appointment, we will make a note in your file. Future scheduled appointments will require a 50% deposit of scheduled service in advance.
• We do not offer refunds for services performed. Returned products will receive a product credit.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services you received, we strongly encourage you to communicate with your service provider. We want you to be happy and appreciate all feedback from our clients to better serve you.
